Before You Order
Our SPROG II complete package comes complete with all necessary software, power supply, cables, etc. to get you running right away. The included SPROG software CD steps you through the full installation process. SPROG II is supported on Windows 98 and better, MacOS-X 10.2 and later, and Linux. Please see the main pages and SPROG II documentation for full details.
Software
SPROG II requires DecoderPro and the Java runtime engine to be installed. We supply all the required software on CD-ROM, included free with our USB SPROG II package. Please see the main pages, FAQ and SPROG II documentation for full details.
Power Supplies
SPROG II requires a good quality regulated DC power supply. Experience has shown this is the best way to achieve good programming results. Our recommended power unit is included with each USB SPROG II package, and is also available separately below. Please see the main pages and SPROG II documentation for full details.
Delivery Charges
All direct online orders for SPROG II items and complete SPROG II packages include shipping to USA addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
Canadian customers, please contact one of our Canadian retailers, 'Trains and Such' or 'Credit Valley Railway', above.
Accessory orders under $50 please add $3 to contribute towards postage and packing. (Automatically added when using PayPal).

It is important that you provide a valid e-mail address (or phone number) where we can contact you. In the event of any problem with your order (e.g. items out of stock), no goods will be despatched until we can contact you for further instructions.
We try to ship all orders the same, or the next, working day by USPS Priority Mail, typically taking 3 days to most US addresses (~8-10 days to Canada), but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
